What happened?

On 1 October 2025 at 20:01, an ambulance was dispatched to a 112 emergency call in Volendam. The ambulance dispatch centre coordinates the response and sends a crew with priority lights and sirens to provide first aid on-site and — if needed — transport the patient to the nearest suitable hospital.
