What happened?

On 31 August 2026 at 11:34, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Capelle Aan Den IJssel, on Slotlaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.

Note: this is a test message. No real incident took place; the alert was used to check equipment or a procedure.
