What happened?

On 29 May 2024 at 11:28, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Amsterdam, on Leidsestraat. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
