On 26 December 2024 at 19:17, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Amsterdam, on Oudezijds Voorburgwal. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies.
