On 30 November 2025 at 19:47, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Hilversum, on Jacob Van Campenlaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
