On 6 November 2025 at 13:47, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Maassluis, on Belle Van Zuylenstraat. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
