On 20 April 2025 at 14:14, the trauma helicopter (LifeLiner) was called to a 112 emergency in Nieuwersluis, on Zandpad. On board is a Mobile Medical Team: a trauma physician and a specialist nurse. They fly to the scene to provide additional advanced medical care alongside the ambulance crew.
