What happened?

On 17 March 2024 at 11:59, an ambulance was dispatched to a 112 emergency call in Nijmegen. The ambulance dispatch centre coordinates the response and sends a crew with priority lights and sirens to provide first aid on-site and — if needed — transport the patient to the nearest suitable hospital.

Note: this is a test message. No real incident took place; the alert was used to check equipment or a procedure.
