On 1 February 2024 at 08:20, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Ouderkerk Aan Den IJssel, on Abelenlaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies.
