What happened?

On 1 November 2024 at 17:31, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Kortenhoef, on Claes Heynensoenlaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
