What happened?

On 24 May 2024 at 19:50, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Weert, on De Oude Schut. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
