What happened?

On 6 January 2026 at 19:10, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Oud-Beijerland, on Randweg. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
