What happened?

On 17 December 2025 at 14:35, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Utrecht, on Columbuslaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
