What happened?

On 13 April 2024 at 16:39, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Meerkerk, on Burgemeester Sloblaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
