On 28 March 2024 at 02:14, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Sint-Maartensdijk, on Sportlaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies.
