What happened?

On 23 January 2024 at 10:38, a 112 emergency call came in in Rotterdam, on Struweel. The alert was broadcast over the P2000 network to the emergency services in the area.

Note: this is a test message. No real incident took place; the alert was used to check equipment or a procedure.
