What happened?

On 30 April 2025 at 08:28, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Kelpen-Oler, on Ellerweg. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
