What happened?

On 16 August 2024 at 21:33, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Groningen, on Hortensialaan. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
