On 5 June 2025 at 09:25, the fire brigade responded to a 112 emergency call in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, on Bronsweg. The fire service is not only called out for fires, but also for traffic accidents, technical rescues, hazardous-materials incidents and water emergencies. Their deployment is coordinated by the fire brigade dispatch centre.
